What is a message credit and how is it spent?
Every answer spends credits according to the cost of the model used. A stronger model consumes more; a short answer consumes less than a long one. You can see your balance and a spending breakdown on the Usage screen in the panel.
Do free plan credits renew every month?
No. The free plan gives a one-off 50 message credits and they do not renew monthly. On paid plans credits renew every billing period.
Prices are in dollars — which currency am I charged in?
Plan prices are quoted in US dollars. Billing is made in Turkish lira and 20% VAT is added to the invoice. We share the current lira amount in writing before any agreement.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Upgrades currently go through us: we talk through what you need, assign the plan to your account and send the payment link. Starting a subscription directly from the site with a credit card is not open yet.
